Why i coach
My name is Evan (Pronounced EE-vuhn, like “Steven.”). I am honored to meet you.
After 25 years in corporate leadership, I thought I knew what resilience looked like. I’d led teams through change, faced burnout, and found my way back. But nothing compared to the disorientation that comes with personal transition, the moments when identity, purpose, and connection feel uncertain or undefined.
Coaching became my turning point. It offered space to pause, reflect, and realign. It gave me the clarity and courage to move forward, even when the path ahead wasn’t clear. That experience inspired me to create Purposeful Courage Coaching.
I work with women navigating midlife transitions — career shifts, evolving family roles, and seasons of rediscovery. Together, we explore new perspectives, build confidence, and chart purposeful paths forward that honor your values and vision for the future.
Because even in times of change, possibilities for growth, meaning, and fulfillment are always within reach.
What i bring
I’m not here to give you a 10-step formula or tell you who to be. I’m here as your thinking partner, challenger, and champion. I bring:
Deep leadership experience with real-world insight
Training through the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) and a commitment to co-creative, client-led coaching
A background in psychology, law, and conflict resolution that shapes how I listen, ask, and reflect
A calm, intuitive presence—and a belief in your potential
You’re the expert in your own life. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Whether we’re exploring a new chapter, navigating transition, or stepping into more authentic leadership, you can expect:
A safe, nonjudgmental space
Bold questions, deep reflection, and occasional humor
Actionable clarity and real momentum
