Once a day, or once a week, pause long enough to ask:
What felt heavy?
What felt light?
Where did I feel resistance?
Where did I feel ease or expansion?
Don’t rush to interpret.
Don’t force action.
Just notice.
Sometimes your body knows the truth before your mind feels ready to speak it.
Clarity Is a Relationship
And like any relationship, it deepens with consistent attention.
The more you listen, without judgment or urgency, the more your inner knowing shifts from fragments to full, grounded truth.
Clarity doesn’t ask for perfection.
It asks for honesty.
